Feeling Girly
What happens when you put a girl like me in jeans for a week? You go grab your nearest dress and throw it on! Though I love my jeans, I also love dresses. LOVE them.
So the day after the challenge, for a Sunday visit to see my Grandma, I donned this dress. I put the striped tee underneath to accommodate for the fact that it was 70 degrees, not 80. These basic neutrals were screaming for a pop of color, so my turquoise necklace and TOMS wedges complied :).
And many thanks (again :)) to Elaine for her belt tutorial - was the inspiration for this tied belt! I love all that you can learn on the interwebs, don't you?
Dress - Banana Republic
Tee - Old Navy
Necklace - UrbanOutfitters
Wedges - TOMS
Belt - ??
Sunnies - Target

Love the layers!
I love that I can get online and find a million ways to wear my scarves!
I love seeing your dogs in the background occasionally. I like the turquoise necklace and shoes too. And I always use that knot that Elaine showed on her site for my belts.

Very pretty and feminine. The layered dress looks great!
The tied belt looks cute. I need to find a skinny belt and try that.
Hehe! Thanks for the shout-out :D
I love the pops of turquoise!!

What a funky color in the accessories... Perfect! (And I'm dying to know: Are TOMS wedges as comfortable as other TOMS shoes? Because they are adorable!)
@Annie - YES! They are uber-comfortable, as long as you get the right size! I usually wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 shoe, but these are size 9 and fit like a glove!
This outfit is so freaking adorable! I'm in love with the belt. So, so cute.
