Tango Nights

This past Saturday I had the opportunity to go to a tango performance with some dear, dear friends of mine.  Sponsored by the Argentinian embassy and featuring the Haitian ambassador, it was a black-tie event, complete with ball gowns galore and some hot tango performances.

I decided to go classic for the evening, so donned a simple silk chiffon black dress with pearls.

Of course the grey and black ombre heels added some "oomph" to the overall outfit :).

And finally in the spirit of the night, in which we "tangoed" everything upon leaving the dinner and dancing, here I am "tangoing" my wall...
